My adult son requested for Christmas a variety of books, one of which was Nightmare Fairytales Storybook.
I admit it would not have been my first choice. But from the moment it arrived, having been packaged in the most careful manner, I knew it was going to be something special. I critique this book with many years of experience in interior design where attention to detail is uppermost.
Not only were the storylines and illustrations spectacular but the careful choosing of materials used to make this book was instantly obvious.Not just something to be enjoyed by the owner, but something to be displayed for others to appreciate as well.
Companies such as Akumu Ink are few and far between and need to be celebrated.
Simply a wonderful work of art!

Stunning artwork
I really love this book. The twists on the stories are really well done and I am in love with the artwork -- which was literally my reason for buying the book. Absolutely stunning.

Inspirational
The artwork and designs in the book are inspirational. Similar to the artwork style I have! I love to draw and this book makes me want to draw. I enjoy the stories. Each one has a fun modern tale to them.
